Dashboard message does not go away

    Hello,

    i just cant close the dashboard message:

    “If you need any help optimizing your website speed, if you’re ready to invest in speed optimization, you can visit Optimocha.com by clicking here, and have us speed up your site!”

    every time i close it or click on the link, it re appears when i load another page in dashboard. How can i get rid of it?
