Dashboard Menu Collapse Horizontally by Default

Hey everyone,

Is there a way to make the Dashboard menu on the left side collapsed horizontally by default for new (and maybe existing) users?

I don’t necessarily want it to be forced collapsed and not be able to expand, but by default it is expanded, and I’d like to make it instead collapsed for all users when they register on my site.

I did some searching and couldn’t really find any results.
