Dashboard looks weird

Hi everyone,

My WP dashboard has been looking really stange for quite a while now. It’s getting to me, because searching for a page or product I don’t know the exact name of anymore has become an ordeal.
It’s like there is room for exactly 2 letters in the column ‘description’. I’m adding a pic.
I have already reinstalled WP, didn’t solve the problem.
