Dashboard looks like plain HTML, no menu item works.

    I just installed WP 4.7 in the “5 minute install” -way. The standard “Hello World” -website looks fine at first sight, but when I log in the dashboard I get to see a “plain HTML” dashboard where no link/option works.

    On my other WP website I don’t have a problem, it’s on the same host. I tested different browsers and on different computers.

    Could someone help me please ?
