Dashboard logo & title appearing in dashboard panel after update to WP 4.3

    Hi Guys,

    After the recent WordPress update to 4.3 it appears that the custom Dashboard logo & title are now appearing in one of the dashboard panels I have instead on appearing at the top of the dashboard page as it should.

    This has happened on several different sites after the latest update to 4.3. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so any fixes?
