Dashboard login: "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

When I login to the dashboard at https://atlantacatholicsingles.org/wp-admin/
the browser displays:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
And the URL redirects to:
https://atlantacatholicsingles.org/wp-admin/themes.php?page=all-in-one-event-calendar-install-themes
This all started yesterday with an upgrade to Timely’s all-in-one calendar. At one point I was able to get most of the menu items on the dashboard, but now have gone backwards. The original soluation (restore
Any ideas? I’m almost to the point of doing a complete new install of my entire website. I’ve spent hours trying to fix this, and I haven’t made any progress.

I have not modified any code on the website (other than deleting the all-in-one-events-calendar directories—which had no effect). I am running WP 3.5.2.

Any ideas? I’m almost to the point of doing a complete re-install of everything from scratch. I feel that it is a simple solution though (like modifying an entry in the SQL DB). I’ve looked at some entries but haven’t changed anything. Everything looks okay to me.
