Dashboard Login Link Problem

    Hello,

    Love this plugin. I’m still in the process of creating my site, but I’ve run into a little problem as i’m building it out. When I link directly to the dashboard(used on buttons, etc.), it takes me to the dashboard login but then goes to an error screen if you try to login. This is even if I’m already logged in and just trying to get back to the dashboard screen, it still tries to make me login.

    Please help ??

    Please check the permalinks settings for the dashboard page. Make sure your default tutor lms dashboard page is used as the dashboard. This should not happen when you are logged in. Make sure you are using the correct page. For further assistance please email us the issue with a screenshot at [email protected] . We will try and solve your issue as quickly as we can.

    I have the same problem. My students complain to me that there is a problem with the dashboard login window. Every time they login from a different device I have to reset the password!!

    Also, this problem happens whether I use the default /dashboard-page permalink or /dashboard permalink.

    Losing students because of this, so please HELP!

    Same problem here.

    I installed the Auto Optimize plugin and solved it.

    Can you share screenshot from Tutor Tools > Tutor Pages?

    We recommend that you use the default Tutor dashboard which works perfect but if you decide to use a custom dashboard then do override the default one from your child theme then assign the newly created one from the plugin’s settings. Following documentation explains more in details

    Also make sure you are using latest version of WordPress and PHP 7.3 or higher version.

    @stevenbeauty how you figured it out? how to correct it please guide me in depth plz _/\_

    why this problem is coming after login it is not loading dashboard but it will again loading login page.

    My login to dashboard is not working. I am not getting the anticipated support.
