Dashboard Lockout

Hi, on my site at I have the latest WP and All in One Security plugin. Today I got over 100 emails from the security plugin informing me that someone from and IP range 172.68.*.* is repeatedly trying to log into my dashboard. I have contacted Cloudflare and my host support and they simply have no answer for me why I am also being locked out, since my IP address is not in that range. Every time I try to log in I get a blank page with this message:
ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.
All my plugins are fully u to date. My theme is Total which is in use on several other sites I manage, licensed and paid for. I have no suspicious plugins.
So the question is, is there a workaround or something I can do to unblock the dashboard? Since neither my hosts nor Cloudflare seem in the least able to help I am lost. I would very much appreciate any help or advice.
