Dashboard Localization (in Turkish)

    I have created custom blog theme for one of my clients. It’s self hosting blog. However my client would like to have dashboard in Turkish. I have installed WordPress Turkish. Although I have all the necessary .mo and .po files in wp_content/languages folder, dashboard is still in English. I also check the config file for the language settings. It’s what it is supposed to be.

    define(‘WPLANG’, ‘tr_TR’);

    Is there a way to accomplish this? I have looked at quite some places, but cannot find anything about this.

    Any help or pointing in the right direction would be highly appreciated!
