• The links on the “WooCommerce Status” widget on the dashboard are broken.

    Especially the “Processing Orders” link is quite a nuissance now, it just goes to the whole list of orders without any filtering. A problem for our fulfillment company as they have to filter every time.

    It filters the old status “processing” instead of “wc-processing”.

    It should be:

  • Found this post while searching for a resolution to the same problem. Quite annoying, since I use the processing order link from the dashboard very often!

    Could someone at WooCommerce confirm that they know about and understand this problem?

    Seems the guys at WooCommerce aren’t really screening this forum for hints on little bugs. Updated WooCommerce today and those links are still broken. Would seem to me that it could be fixed in 3 minutes if they only would listen (or test).

    But then again: how much are we paying? ??

    Another update went by and nobody at WooThemes is caring whatsoever. I mentioned this bug on the WooThemes forum too – they simply don’t look.

    Would seem to be so easy to correct.

    The Woo-Theme forum is *crickets* and it is stated plainly the forums there are for the community and not monitored by Woo-staff at all. To post to the “official” help would require making an account from a paid Woo-plugin.

    I’ve purchased a product before (Table Shipping), but finding out how to contact them with general concerns re: woocommerce took some doing. I’ll send in a ticket now.

    We have seen this occur when there’s a conflict with another plugin. Could you try disabling all other plugins and see if that helps?

    After talking to Woocommerce (thanks Michael!), it looks like the bug has been fixed and will be resolved in an upcoming release, for anyone still interested:
