When I add a new site to my dashboard and apply my template, the template settings are not being applied.
If I check the local settings, they are still set as default not using my template settings.

On the “Protection Level” setting, there is no way to change this from Basic WordPress Protection.
Clicking MANAGE FIREWALL does nothing except open another copy of the template in a new tab.

    Hi @lordsnake,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response.

    Please try the steps below:

    • Remove the template by going to the configuration page for the site, clicking “Template Actions”, and selecting “Remove Template” from the dropdown menu.
    • Apply the template to the site again by going to the “Templates” tab, clicking “Manage” next to the template you would like to use, and selecting “Assign To Sites”.
    • Confirm that the site is synchronized with the templates, or resynchronize them from the “Configuration” page.

Please let me know in case this doesn’t solve your issue.

    Thanks,

    Janet

    Hi @lordsnake,

No. It’s not a known bug.

I’m not sure why this is the case in your setup. Is it the same for all templates you apply to the site?
Did the steps above help solve the issue?

If not, please send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com. You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,
