Dashboard issue with Post Page Names

When I log into my WordPress dashboard and select “posts” page so I can review and edit my blog; the title of my blog looks like this on the page: Any ideas?
The title of the blog runs right down the left hand side of the dashboard and does this this with EVERY blog title.
