Dashboard-home not showing

  • login screen appears, but dashboard home screen is blank. can get into the back end by going into the front end and clicking on any of the editing options at the top of the screen, except for dashboard. tried disabling all plugins, loading 2017 theme. Even dashboard-updates works. weird.
    Don’t know php version. site is hosted with powweb, so if no one here has any ideas, i will check with them.

  • When you write your login and password, open the console and enter the admin area (white screen). check the console for any errors. You can also check the Network tab (in the console).
    Then let us know whether you find any errors or not.

    the only message i have on the screen after i enter login credentials is 504 Gateway Time-out
    nginx.
