Dashboard hanging

    The wp-admin dashboard for our WooCommerce site has started hanging whenever we try to visit it, eventually causing a server timeout.

    I’ve managed to narrow the problem down to the dashboard page of wp-admin, and the problem is solved when WooCommerce is deactivated. Visiting other pages in wp-admin (plugins, posts, orders, etc.) seems to be fine.

    The only substantial changes we’ve made recently were to install the WooCommerce Multi-Currency plugin.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue.

    Have you confirmed that the issue only appears when you have both WooCommerce and WooCommerce Multi-Currency plugin activated? In that case, you can reach to WooCommerce.com and create a ticket so that the team managing the extension can help you.

    Also, if you can manage an error log from your server then you can share that to understand the exact problem you are having.

    In a case like this, you can go for a conflict test to find out the exact cause of the problem.

    Thanks for your response. The problem does appear to be caused by the WooCommerce Multi-Currency plugin so I have reached out to them for support.
