Dashboard Gone!

Hi, Ive just discovered my dashboard has disappeared! All content is missing other than the menue to the side. I have not updated any plug ins, and it was working all day today until Ive just checked it and went to go to the update page.

I have cleared cache ect and still no luck, does anyone know what is going on? The front end of the website is working perfectly fine, its just the dashboard I cant see
