Dashboard gets vanished

I have two woocommerce powered online store where one of them is almost two years old and other one is two months new. Now, I have created custom roles for my staffs and on of the role just allows user to upload the product only. Now, the old site works great but while using the same settings on roles the new one’s dashboard gets vanished if i don’t allow “manage woocommerce” But i don’t want that user to have access to that. It’s working great having exactly same capabilities as the new one but the new vanishes dashboard. Any help??
