Dashboard for Affiliate Media marketing

I am looking for suggestion. Recently, somebody approached me with a very unusual request to develop a dashboard for his media marketing website. In which, he is going to invite publisher/people with bulky facebook pages to create account. Then, publisher will see category menu which sorts all of posts links to dashboard owner’s website. When a user click “Shorten URL” under any post, an affiliate goo.gl link will be generated and can be published on any facebook page.

I am able to dynamically CRUD goo.gl links. But, I am not sure how to display post in WordPress dashboard.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
