Dashboard extremely slow, posts not showing after a while and with wrong link.

Hi, I have a technology webblog technoessence.com, and when I want to log-in, I could be waiting ten minutes to do so.

If I do get to the Dashboard, of course I’ll want to create a new post, but that takes even longer to display. If I get there without a “timed out” I’ll obviously write a post.

That may take ten minutes to get the “successful” bar and then when I check if it actually posted, It doesn’t show up. After about 2-3 hours the post shows up, but then if you want to click “more” or the post title, you get a 404 error because it has given the wrong link. My permalink structure is /%year%/%postname%/.

What is wrong?
