    Thanks for getting in touch about this.

    I have seen this happen a couple of times before, and it was because another plugin was hiding the dashboard. Basically, the other plugin was loading CSS on our menu that inadvertently hid everything, and I’m guessing that’s the case here.

    For that reason, I think the best idea is to deactivate all other plugins and check if the Analytics menu appears. Then, you can reactivate them one-by-one until the issue returns. Once you find out which plugin has the conflict, let me know and I will make sure we add a patch in our next update to fix the issue.

    If your hosting provides a staging site, you can do this on a staging site to avoid disrupting visitors on your live website.
