dashboard does not show correct font

  • When using the custom fonts, I can see on website the fonts shows up fine.
    However, the site’s view source and dashboard when editing the page shows writing as gibberish for users who has English lang set as default.

    Questions:

    1: How does view source display correct/proper fonts (using sv)
    2: How would I be able to fix the dashboard, such that, user who has dashboard set to english can see swedish characters and not gibberish, and.
    3: Have the ability for team members to create pages content in Swedish
