• I’ve got WP-Piwik installed, it’s connected to my self-hosted instance and it was able to auto-configure the tracking code, which does appear to be working. I can see it’s tracking hits in the Piwik dashboad on the piwik site itself, the problem is with the dashboard in WordPress.

Any place there is supposed to be a dashboard widget, for instance the “WP-Piwik – Overview (last 30 days)”, I get a SQL error:

Piwik error: SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 Routing query to backend failed. See the error log for further details. - caused by plugin Actions

Same thing on the WP-Piwik page in wordpress under the dashboard menu.

Has anyone seen this before?? What can I do to troubleshoot??

Can you try to run WP-Piwik’s test script (see support tab in WP-Piwik settings)? Never seen this issue before.

Can you also try to run some Piwik API calls manually? Just open your Piwik account settings (within Piwik itself) and go to API. Choose one of the listed examples and check if a similar error message appears.
