Hi would want to love this plugin but it will not update the selections I make. It just will not load any selection. Eventually I have to click away and the site takes a long time to recover ending up with ‘Error establishing a database connection’.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@cshinkin If you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, are there any fatal errors logs in the drop down list with the date you were trying to make the updates? Like so:

If so, please select the log, then click View. Is there anything in there about memory errors or errors from another plugin that may be in conflict with WooCommerce Admin?

There are only two Fatal Errors in the Log –

    Hi there,

This looks like there are some conflicts with the Storefront Template. Are you running any custom code in the Functions file? It appears that is what is causing the conflict.

If you are, please remove the custom options temporarily and see if it resolves the issue, then let us know!

I noticed that the dashboard was crashing my site this weekend as well. No fatal errors log and running on Flatsome theme. Had to restart php-fpm in WHM, but have no idea what is causing the crashes.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
