Jetpack causes my dashboard to turn into a white screen (no WSOD) when idle for a certain period. It only shows the ministats in the upperleft corner and I can’t do anything, other than reloading the page. This is extremely annoying.

    – The dashboard changes after a certain amount of (idle) time.
    – I am experiencing this problem on desktop (win10) as well as mobile (iphone X).
    – I am using the Customizr theme.
    – This problem doesn’t occur with Jetpack disabled.
    – The URL doesn’t change (domain.com/wp-admin/index.php)

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for sharing.

I ran the site through the debug tool and all is well. There aren’t any errors found.

Based on the original post it looks like you’ve already tried to disable and re-enable the Jetpack plugin which didn’t help.

Next, let’s see if the Jetpack plugin functions properly if you use a default theme, like Twenty-Sixteen. Could you give that a try?

Theme Switcha makes this step a bit easier.

I can’t reproduce this error, it seems to just happen several times a day.

I understand that this makes troubleshooting difficult. Is there anything else I can try?
