Dashboard buttons GONE!!

  • I’ve just installed a plugin SUBSCRIBE 2 – and on initializing and returing back to my dashboard I have found most of the buttons on the left hand side have gone – including the plugin button so of course I can’t uninstall this plugin. I am still logged in as ADMIN and have deleted the SUBSCRIBE2 folder from the wordpress pluygin directory via PLESK – but no good. Still I can’t access most of the buttons, they’ve just GONE:(

    Any ideas very welcome

    If you deleted the subscribe2 folder from the plugins directory then you have uninstalled the plugin. If the files are not on your server then they cannot be called or having an effect.

    Try accessing your site from another computer or browser or clearing the cache in your current browser first.

    If that fails, I’d suggest you re-install WordPress manually.

    OK fixed it!
    It looks like it was a plugin clash.

    Although I couldn’t go to the plugin page via the dash button, I could via the browser address (i.e. browser history) – I deactivated all plugins and the dash is back to normal!
