Dashboard Broken

I haven’t logged in for a couple of weeks or at least not after the last auto update, but navigating to my /wp-admin tonight produced this error:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home4/rightmind/public_html/wp-content/plugins/easy-facebook-likebox/includes/easy-custom-facebook-feed-widget.php:3) in /home4/rightmind/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1210
I have no idea what this means. Its all gobbledygook to me. Nothing loads at all – just this message after I login in both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
My website still loads normally and all the pages seem to work fine. Can somebody please interpret this please and tell me how to get to my dashboard?
