Dashboard and Site Access Problems!

    Site is located under umbrella site: <www.carmelsbest.com>

    May have accidentally changed Site URL, but fixes have not worked. I have 2 WordPress sites under an umbrella site. The other WP site is fine. My host provider Siteworks has not yet been able to determine problem.

    History: today I applied some updates and uploaded files to the site, all was working well. Updated 2 plugins. Noticed that my header said “page not found” even though website was working and access to dashboard ok. After navigating to General on dashboard to check Site URL (I applied “save”), everything went down.
