  • Hi @ferreirex,

From what I understand, you’re having trouble with your WordPress dashboard. You’ve shared that when you try to access WooCommerce – Home or Payments, nothing appears. Also, when you click on WooCommerce – Settings or any other options, all your dashboard fonts switch to a style similar to Times New Roman.

I’ve personally looked into this for you. I tested the issue using the most recent versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and our free Storefront theme, without any other software enabled. Unfortunately, I couldn’t replicate the problem, which suggests that the issue might be unique to your setup.

Here are some actions you might take to fix the issue:

    1. Try clearing your browser cache: Old data in your browser could be causing this issue. Clearing the cache might fix it.
    2. Experiment with a different browser: If clearing the cache doesn’t help, try using a different browser to access your dashboard and see if the problem persists.
    3. Update your plugins and themes: Make sure all your plugins, themes, and WordPress are current. Outdated versions can sometimes cause issues.
    4. Disable all plugins: It’s possible that there’s a conflict with one of your plugins. Try turning off all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the problem continues. If the problem disappears, turn the plugins back on one at a time to identify the conflicting ones.
    5. Change themes: Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront. If this fixes the issue, your current theme might be the problem. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

If the problem still exists after trying these steps, could you share more details? A screenshot of what you’re seeing would be really helpful for us to diagnose the problem more precisely. You can share screenshots at https://snipboard.io. Just follow the instructions on the page and paste the URL in your response.

We would also appreciate seeing your site’s System Status report. It can give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find the report under WooCommerce > Status. Choose Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, please share those as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve collected this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

    Thanks @bisratlearn

I have disable the theme and all the plugins(not woocommer) and still got same issue, so I have backup and reset the WP, and restore from the backup and everything works fine.

    Hey @ferreirex ,

Really glad to hear that restoring a backup and resetting WordPress has resolved the issue.

Since this has been resolved, feel free to?create a new topic?if you need any further help. ??
