Dashboard after upgrading

Hello,

I have upgraded my WordPress from 2.5 to 2.71
and I don’t see left column of Dashborad, I can’t find my plugins
At first I saw them and acivated after installiation, but later dissapeared possibility to access them. I see only Akismet which don’t work for me maybe because of free hosting

Please help
