    Hi

    One of my clients has this appear on their dashboard but its not on mine when I log in, has anyone ever seen this before and if so how did you remove it?

    Have you tried a different Browser? Tell him to delete his Browser Cache

    *do you and client have same user role and capabilities?
    *do you have access to plugins to deactivate “show all hooks” plugin?
