I was able to reproduce the issue on?https://www.matabooks.de/kontakt/#1669986462277-efcf2140-c0230fcd-70d1?(screenshot). However, the WPForms assets (wpforms.min.js) are not available in the Page Source (screenshot), and this may be causing the issue.

You can try some actions to fix the issue:
1) You can disable the Minify option in the WP-Optimize plugin, and in case it helps, here is their guide about that option. And we have a guide explaining how optimization and caching plugins can cause issues on WPForms.
2) Also, you can try disabling our anti-spam protection feature, and in case it helps, here is our guide about form submission issues due to a conflict between the cached site and the anti-spam protection feature in WPForms.

But it is crucial that the wpforms.min.js file can be available on the page in order for WPForms to work normally.
