Dark Mode does not make Visual Editor Dark

Dark mode works on the Text editor but not the visual one. any way to also make this visual editor dark?

There are two hooks you can use to do this. The main reason the normal text editor isn’t styled is because themes can change the styling of the editor to match the front end design whereas the code editor stands more on the side of the back end (dashboard) UI.
You can use the filter hook to use your own dark stylesheet (copy the original one and add to it) or use the action hook to add another stylesheet when Dark Mode is being used.
If you check out the plugin readme.txt file it gives a brief explanation of the two hooks available to use.
