Dangerous plugin

After upgrading to version 4.0.0, they hijack system on my websites and creates public pages like “Order Failed” / “Order Confirmation” / “Checkout”. I didn’t give them permission to publish pages on my websites, they misuse plugin to create that pages.
I have this plugin for years on my websites only for one purpose – short bio of author. Some years ago they change the plugin to something else. It was a popular plugin and they cheated its users.
Now they started to create their pages on someone else’s website.
Worst behavior I have ever seen by WordPress plugins. I don’t understand why this plugin wasn’t banned and eliminated from WordPress plugin repository.
