The issue is with the permalink Settings. It seems to do something with the /%postname%/ link just changed it back after removing the plug.

Same problem with 3.5, anyone knows how to fix it? A lot of links broken now…

To fix any issue with the links, you have just to click “save” in the settings > permalink page after deactivating the plugin.

Sorry for this, I’m working on the new totally rewritten version.

All fixed now, released a brand new version, quite totally rewitten.
