Daily Schedule

I have gone through all the “expert” settings and my thought was running this plugin to clear cache for any browsers with cookies as seen with the Force Refresh plugin at –

But still taking advantage all that Super Cache has to offer. Also hoping I could use it at two scheduled times every day, clear cache for a specific page once at 8:30am and again at 4:30pm. Is this possible? Specifically, is tihs possible without the need to script a cron job to make it work?
