    Hi,

    to test my membership i had create a level with a daily recurring paymente with stripe.

    – The first day the payment is run correctly on stripe at 4pm
    – the second day at 5pm the payment isnt’r run (on stripe i don’t see any error)

    In stripe event panel i see this:
    – 17/10 subscription changed
    – 16/10 trial period end in 1 day
    – 16/10 invoice created 0€
    – 16/10 invoice pay 0€

    Why some trial period message if i hadn’t set any trial?
    And why the payment isn’t run the second day?

    Why some trial period message if i hadn’t set any trial?

    We have a guide here on how PMPro integrates with Stripe for recurring subscriptions, the trial wording does not mean you have set up a trial level and the customer should not see the trial wording anywhere on your site or in their PMPro invoice.

    And why the payment isn’t run the second day?

    If you have set up your recurring level appropriately, the daily recurring amount should be charged, kindly confirm if the payment was taken in Stripe and not recorded in PMPro? If this is the case, please work through our troubleshooting guide to resolve this.

    You may also take a look at the Member History section of this test user to confirm the status of their membership.
