Daily Limit Based on Weight and THC dosage Limits

    This is a great plugin and seems promising for what we need. We are trying to create a daily limit on shopping based on the total weight of the order per day. To be clear, the products contain TCH and CBD, we would like to make sure that customers don’t exceed the allowed amount of purchase for CBD and THC products per day as per government policies in California.

    Your prompt response will be highly appreciated. We are willing to buy the premium plugin if the free version doesn’t do the job, however, we just need to understand that the plugin can solve this problem.

    To add on to that, we would like to use different limitations for different users.This already seems possible with the plugin but could you confirm if it will be able to allow us to use multiple limitations based on the user account in WooCommerce.

    Hi,

    Yes, it is possible to limit the orders per customer based on the weight.

    To set different limits for different users / user roles, you will need the pro version of the plugin.

    Thank you for your reply, I was hoping you would help me to figure out how we can achieve that. At the moment our settings are,
    Mode –> Product Weights
    Date Rage –> This hour (we set this hr so that we can test but ideally it will be 24hrs in order to have a daily limit)
    Order statuses –> Processing , Completed.
    Payment gateways –> Cash on Delivery
    User roles –> Admin, Customer.
    but that doesn’t seem to work. What settings do we need to configure in order for limit by weight and with an X time frame to work?

    Hi,

    There is one extra settings that you seem to have and I am not sure if you need it.

    General > Payment Gateways > Cash on delivery
    You only need to define this if specifically, you want the limits to get updated when a customer purchases with Cash on delivery. Leaving this blank will update the limits for all payment gateways.

    Then you need to go to the Limits tab and set the limits. You can set the limits for each user role here, you can set it by All products, per product tag, per product category or by each product.

    I am not sure but in your case it should apply to All products?
