Daily backup time?

    Hi,

    In the FAQ I can read:
    “Daily backups will take place approximately 24 hours from the previous backup. They occur automatically – you don’t need to create a specific time for backups to run.”

    Despite the fact I can’t set a specific time, how can I make sure my daily backups are done at night time?

    Hi there, @thibotus01,

    This isn’t something you can set up at your end – we will need our engineers to change the time the backups start to make sure they run at night as you wish.

    Contact Support and mention this thread. We’ll see what we can do about the backup starting time.
