Cyrillic encoding and russian language support

Hi, first of all, thank you for making such a nice plugin!
I have one small issue, and after reading 30 pages of this forum, I wasn’t able to find a solution. I’ve found 2 topics speaking about the same issue I have but no answer.
When someone tries to leave us a review using cyrillic alphabet, all we get are question marks (??????) and the review is unusable.
Could anyone explain me what to do in order to solve it? I’m sure that there’s a simple solution ??
I went to myphp, found the table wp reviews, tried to switch to all russian cyrillic encodings available and none of them worked.
