    I can see these cron-job / Scheduled Actions, in my WooCommerce Status overview.
    (cwg_schedule_third_party_support)

    I have deleted the Back In Stock Notifier Plugin, but it seems that the Scheduled Actions still are being played every 5 minutes.

    How can I stop that and delete all the actions?

    You can delete that scheduled action by doing the following: Admin Dashboard-> Status-> Scheduled Actions-> Pending-> Search (Top Right)->Check the prefix -cwg_schedule_third_party_support -> Delete
