  • Hi,

I understand that the CVV field is not aligned with the other elements in the form, to check better, please provide a URL to the page that is having the issue.

    Kind regards.

    Hi @ihereira,

The site is under construction so it is now not visible. How can I fix the CVV field?

    Hi @npdesignerweb ,

Checking your site may provide us with more insight as to what may be causing the misalignment, or otherwise allow us to possibly provide CSS that could adjust this.

Do you perhaps have other CSS added that may be causing this to occur? You can test by removing all custom CSS and checking if this resolves the issue.

If not, since the site is still under development, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts causing this issue.

Below is a walkthrough on how to perform a full conflict test:

Just to add – if you do not want to make direct changes to your site, you can use the?Health Check?plugin.

This will allow you to disable all plugins and change the theme, while you’re still logged in, without actually applying any changes to your site ??

Let us know how this goes!

    Hi @beautyofcode

thanks for your intervention. Eventually I managed to line up the field. I parsed the whole page through CSS and found the element I needed.

    Hi @npdesignerweb ,

That is great to hear, I am glad you have managed to get this sorted!

I will go ahead and mark this as resolved then. Feel free to create a new topic if you need further help ??

Also, if you have a minute, we’d love it if you could leave us a review:?
