CVC code for saved credit cards

I just spoke to customer service for Intuit QBMS – my gateway. They said that this is a Woo Commerce Issue – that there is no way to enter the CVC code on the site. Is there anyway to speak directly to a Woo Commerce support person?????

The issue is with the WooCommerce payment gateway extension. So yes, from their point of view the issue is with WC, but more specifically it is the extension’s fault.

What Intuit QBMS extension are you using? You need to contact the plugin authors of the extension.

I guess I just don’t understand. Who are the authors of the extension and how would i contact them? It just seems like no one wants to take responsibility.

Can you post a link the the Intuit QBMS plugin that you are using? Where did you purchase / download this extension?

Have you tried updating the extension to the latest version? You don’t have WooCommerce 2.6 support with 1.9.0 it seems: https://dzv365zjfbd8v.cloudfront.net/changelogs/woocommerce-gateway-intuit-qbms/changelog.txt
