The error message you’re seeing is due to missing information in the HS Tariff Number field for your non-document shipment. The HS Tariff Number is a code required for international shipments that classifies the product being shipped.

To fix this, please ensure that you fill out the HS Tariff Number field when setting up your product for shipping. More info:

If a customs form is required, you’ll be prompted to fill the relevant information for each of the items you’re shipping when creating the shipping labels, which could include?the?HS Tariff numbers, as shown in this screenshot:
