• Hi,

I have a question on the customs forms (CN23/CP71).

Currently we create the CP71 form for NON-EU orders through the Geschaeftskundeportal, which is a bit unfortunate as this takes up a lot of time. We would like to do it through the plugin. Is this possible or will this be possible in the near future?

A couple of months ago, you said: “Regarding the CN23 and CP71, both of them will still be printed in the DHL Business Customer Portal and the fitting Plugins.”

but later you said: “yes, if you use a DHL Versenden Plugin you will still be able to generate the CN23/CP71.”.

My question is: can we create CN23/CP71 forms via the DHL for Woocommerce plugin or not? And if not: when will this be possible?

Can I get an answer to my question please?

    Thank you.

This should be possible if all of the custom details are filled out correctly. Please try this and let us know if it works for you.

    Hi Shadi,

Thanks! We’ve tried it and it seems to work. At least, partially. The CN23/CP71 documents shows up in the DHL Gesch?ftskundenportal, but not in Woocommerce. Is there any way we can get this to work as well?

Did you fill in all of the product specific shipping details e.g. HS Code etc and set the Duties?

    Yes, I did.

Hi, can you help me with this issue? We actually have all products saved with a zolltarifnumber and country of origin. Is there anything else we can do?

So no customs forms were ever created for any order?

There were created, but: The CN23/CP71 documents show up in the DHL Gesch?ftskundenportal, but not in Woocommerce.

Is there a way we can see the documents in Woocommerce itself? (together with the shipping label).

    Hey Shadi,

    I’m experiencing exactly the same.
To be forced to log into “Gesch?ftskundenportal” to get the Customs Label is quite annoying and time consuming…
One would indeed expect to be able to download the Customs Documents together with the shipping label in the Woocommerce Backend.
Are you working on a solution?

    Thank you!

Version 1.3.9 has just been released and should fix this issue, please test and let me know.

Thank you very much! – this fixes the issue sufficiently for me ??
