    Hi dear Elementor team,

I am facing an issue with some custom fields such as member_linkedin_profile field.
Please see that the link is not changing as it should be and stick to some random field that keeps “sticking” on all posts.
You can find different posts here: https://www.worldpronet.com/wpn-members/
Once you pick a member you will notice the problem on the LinkedIn link or on the Skills & Focus or
Industries sections (you will see the same data from the previous post you opened).
I have shared two examples:Nonsikelelo Masango
    https://www.worldpronet.com/members/nonsikelelo-masango-sz276/
    Yohana Nkota
    https://www.worldpronet.com/members/yohana-nkota-tz024/
I have tried to deactivate all other plugins, rollback the Elememtor version but with no luck.

I have discussed with Croocblock team and ACF team and it’s seems that the issue is related to Elementor (please see their response bellow).

Please see if you can assist me in solving this issue.

    Thanks,
    El

    Croocblock response:

    Hi?Eli!
You use Elementor widget and ACF field to display a member’s link?https://prnt.sc/7sK5mYljSvVt. This issue is not related to our plugins. Please contact Support Team of Advanced Custom Fields plugin in order to resolve this issue.

    ACF response:

Thanks for reaching out to us.

“Usually, ACF uses the get_field https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/get_field/ and the_field https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/the_field/ functions to render the field values on the front end. Since you don’t use these functions in your context, the front-end loading is controlled by Elementor and this is not something that ACF functions are able to control out of the box.

As much as I would love to help, I’m afraid I’ve not interacted with Elementor before as we tend to focus on handwritten PHP code instead.

For help using Elementor with ACF to display data, I would recommend that you reach out to Elementor support since they know ins and outs of their code and integration.

Hopefully, they will be able to shed some light on the same. ??
