Customizr – Website flickering issues

Hello,

I have this website that I am building using customizr theme. Visit syndicatedpulse.com

I am seeing the following issues and was wondering how to fix this:

Right now if menu is clicked the whole html is getting refreshed, it seems like the website is flickering when I click something. Instead only the content must get updated dynamically so that way smooth page transition can happen at visitors end. I don’t know if I explained myself clearly but if you click the various menus and see how the page loads you will get what I mean.
