Customizr Theme Slider Options – Limit Access to Admin Accounts

Hi i’m hoping someone can advise. I’m currently running WP with the customizr theme. My front page is primarily a slider and the website will allow registered users to submit content. Unfortunately when a registered user uploads an image file to the media library they get the ‘slider options’. This allows them to also add the image to an existing slider i.e. my front page. Clearly this presents an issue. Is there anyway to disable the ‘Slider Options’ for everyone other than administrators.
