• My new website is not really responsive, although I use the Customizr theme. I tried to include custom CSS, but there was no effect.
Funny thing is: when I check the site with responsinator.com, it looks alright, but if I use my Samsung S6 phone (and friends checked it with their iPhone as well) – it is not responsive (e.g. hamburger menu not visible, need to scroll to the right side, bottom links are not displayed correctly etc.).

The website is ackerfreunde.de. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
P.S. I am a beginner, so please be patient with me :o)

  • Hi @kyoto79,
the theme is responsive as you can see in the demo:
    https://demo.presscustomizr.com/

In your website there are two text widget in the 3rd footer widget area that have some inline style which causes that issue.

I’m not totally sure what’s your aim.
But you should fine tune the margin property you set for those.
You also have a not closed span in the first of them.

You might want to look at those widgets and amend the erros.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards.

    Thanks, Rocco.
I didn’t know that these style parameters had an effect on the site in total.

I changed these parameters and now it works (even though I do not like how the links are looking now, since I cannot style them with margin or padding CSS attributes).
