Customizr Theme menu settings wont save

Running the Customizr theme, and i’m trying to place my menu items in correct order, however, when I make any changes to the menu settings whatsoever, the “Save and Publish” button is unresponsive and won’t save the settings when I request it to do so.

If anyone has any tips to help that would be great, I’m thinking at this point I may need to de-bug, so if anyone knows how to do that properly that would also be great.
