    I received some help. Here is what fixed it:

    the plugin css is overriding customizr css.
    Go into the customizr options.
    Select advanced and in custom css add this snippet:

    .nav-collapse.collapse.tc-hover-menu-wrapper {
    display: block !important;
    }

    Thanks for sharing your solution, internet_yogi. Sorry I’m late in getting to you. The about to be released 2.0 version of the plugin has a more minimal set of bootstrap plugins so will be less likely to conflict.

    After the update, the plugin is missing from my plugin list, but still saying it is installed. Then I deleted it and tried to reinstal it and it failed. Help!
