After Upgrading to the latest WordPress and up dating customizr theme and other plugins my site is complete broken. No Sidebar showing, Footer section missing on all pages except home page and blog, Twitter bootstrap accordion not working, double header in Blog page. I am using a child theme by the way. My site https://www.bwischool.com Or is it that I have to buy the discounted holiday featured pages to keep my site unbroken? I thought it was free to use. If not my bad.

  • Customizr is free, so you don’t need to purchase anything.

There were some changes in 3.1.* which may have impacted any changes you made in your child theme functions.php.

But I suspect you have a Plugin conflict. Try disabling all Plugins and see if it works. Try Customizr without Child Theme to see if it works. Try with a different Theme, does it work?

Reactivate Plugins one-by-one to find a culprit.

Yes I found the culprit and it was the famous NextGen Gallery. Had to uninstall it and my gallery page is now gone. Don’t know how to fix the plugin. Anyways thanks customizr and hope it remains free and error free in the days to come. My site is all fine and working 100% except the gallery page. Don’t know where to find a plugin like Nextgen. It was so good and easy to use with lots of features.

Thank you for the nextgen gallery fix and now my website runs on wordpress 3.8 and customize 3.6.1. Check it out at https://www.bwischool.com/gallery

Hope the next update will keep nextgen gallery and the alikes in mind for the jquery conflict. Keep up the good work Customizr.

Nic maintains compatibility as we move forward. But any future changes by the NextGen plugin Author may conflict again, so come back to the Forum and report it if it does.
